I can't explain it right now, it really is insane if you look at their stats. What's unreal is that they currently are last in the league with a .228 BA. Here's an interesting fact: no one finished a season with a lower team BA since the 1981 Toronto Blue jays at .226 (they finished last in the league in wins going 37-69) . The A's are also are 27th in the league in runs and last year they were better at scoring and were ranked at 20th in runs, and their pitching isn't any better then last year without Gio, and Cahill.... so how in the world is this team doing better than last year
In my opinion most of their games are wins are won very late in the game or walk offs, so I'm hoping their luck will run out soon where they go through a rough stretch where they only win 2 of their next 10. I'd like to examine the balls they are using in Oakland when their pitchers throw to the opposing team.....unreal ...every God darn solid hitting club goes in there and they forget how to hit?? really...boston texas new york....something is fishy ....??? its like the anti-humidor in colorado....there is some bullshit going on in Oakland....you take these same pitching scrubs on the road and they can't do crap.

Take a look at the wild card race. They are doing rather well and I refuse to believe it's been ALL luck. The amount of comeback wins they've had and walk-off wins can also be attributed to hard work, and motivation. When their luck runs out, hopefully their determination will still keep them in games.
