I really like for the Braves to end this awful losing streak with a huge win against their division rivals tomorrow morning. Although the Braves are plagued with injuries they still have players in their line-up that can score some runs. Bourn went 0 for 5 yesterday and I think he will get a couple hits tomorrow to lead things off for this team, which is a huge plus. This team never gives up and they fought hard yesterday and almost came back, I think that carries over to this game. This Atlanta team has heart and they know they cannot lose a 5th straight game especially to a division team. This team is 4th in runs scored and I see them getting at Strasburg early. Strasburg is going to be on a pitch count like always but the stiffness in his bicep is going to make it much harder for him to pith. I see him going 5 innings at the most and much less if he gets knocked around. He hasn't fared well against th Braves in he past so it should be interesting to watch. Bullpen for Washington put in some work today and will have to go at least 3 innings which will be hard against the Braves no matter the lead. This game will be decided in he late innings. Although Minor has been bad, he put in some work this past week and knows this is a huge game as they have lost the last four. His problem has been the long ball so of he can keep it in he park this Nationals team is not the best offensively by any means. It will be sold out crowd and a perfect day for some baseball.

I like the White Soxs tomorrow on the RL.  Watching them hit last night was pretty impressive.  The Soxs  hit pretty much every kind of ball you can think of.  They looked pretty much locked in.

Also Oakland is a play to consider at that price. Sabathia always struggles in Oakland cuz he is partying it up with his friends since he bay is his home town. I always bet against him in Oakland.

I took them yesterday and those scrubbies can't even get 1 score to save their ass!  1 out, man on 3rd and they managed to get 2 strikeouts.  WTF?  THIS TEAM IS DEAD!!!!

Scorching 93 degree day, I'm gonna go with the pitcher here. Minor is going to be out on the mound a lot with how quickly strasburg pitches...and if you've never been to atlanta, it's an open stadium, and you risk heat stroke every game you attend during the summer.

I think Mike Minors problem is his cocky ass attitude.

You would think this line would be plus more with as bad as Minor and the braves have been?  I think the books know that Strasburg is hitting a wall and the nagging little injuries are just going to start taking its toll on him.  Fitting the Braves losing streak ends in this matchup. Teams gear up to hit Strasburg.  The Nats splits on the road against LHP is pretty poor and add the fact that they just scored 7 runs yesterday AND they are very inconsistent with the bats....makes me feel as if they wont get to Minor today.

Kimbrel with 5 days rest...he's ready for some action and will probably be getting a save today.  Venters and Medlen both with a day of rest and both let up runs in their last outings....they've been decent this season and will more than likely pitch scoreless today.

Leaning Braves today as well.  Driving to Atlanta tomorrow, Gio vs Beachy sunday night baseball.  Should be a good one.  Lynn vs Hanson on Memorial day.
