Most offshore books left the USA market years ago due to the long arm of the US feds. Some stayed, but they are playing their hands very carefully now.

They don't want ANY problems with anybody that has a problem with payment methods (WU MG CC etc) That could pull them into a problem they don't want.

If you are guilty of anything fraudulent involving credit cards or anything - you might have made a list. Does not mean you have been charged with anything, or prosecuted. But people to make these lists. Maybe a big mistake in this case, or maybe not. If you have some skeletons about some issue, you will likely not share it here because you feel like a victim and want it to appear so.

Mg blacklisted me about a year ago... The said too many transactions from to many different names and countries. Wu hasn't blacklisted me yet but at the moment I have a payout that got returned to the sender in the Philippines and still waiting for the issue to be resolved. Like yourself I've deposited and withdrew funds more than I can count. 5dimes didn't ban me.. They just won't let me deposit with credit card. I can still deposit with Wu. That's really all the details I can think of and that's what confuses me about the whole thing. Used to be able to deposit with card to youwager but haven't been able to for like a yr or do. They say that their processor is down.
