Sunday night TV should be fun an_2drinks

an_light Manaea will go for NY METS in LA.  No SP listed yet for my Dodgers (possibly Knack who had a HORRIBLE outing last time) but they are listed as favs.

an_light At the same time, the NY JETS will also be on the road and facing the tough STEELERS.  (Wrong team favored in that one)

Will both the METS and JETS lose or just one of them?

I do not like the pitching matchup  for Dodgers but they have the stronger bats, so it's a wash and a PASS

All tied up watching my NY LIBERTY play for the WNBA title (they won!) and my STEELERS getting an edge over the JETS in their game..... so how are my Dodgers doing tonight?

3.56 rpg ...32 runs yielded in 9 games

= +1.22 rpg edge, achieved vs opponents win%  .531  and .571

 

Dodgers:

4.27 rpg ...47 runs yielded in 11 games

yankees  .777 win%

Game 1, Oct 25:

By my count COLE (NYY) is 10 - 5 good vs bad outings since AllStar Break and the YANKEES won 10 - 5 of his 15 starts since then.

 

FLAHERTY (LAD) is 8 - 5 good vs bad outings, and the Dodgers are 8 - 5 in his 13 starts since being acquired from Detroit.

 

*No HOT STREAKS for either as they are both coming off BAD outings.

Since YAMAMOTO returned from injury to begin September, LAD are 6 - 1 in his starts with a whopping net of +30 runs!

He pitched 2 "bad outings" in those 7 starts (5 were GOOD!) though the DODGERS bats bailed him out both times.

Oddly, in the outing where he blanked the CUBS for 4 ip and left the game, they lost!
