Starting righty Nick Pivetta (BoSox) began the season this way:
- 2 good outings! 
- followed by a BAD outing at Atlanta #17 OBP vs righties
- 2 good outings again!
- followed by a BAD outing v. Brewskys #1 OBP vs righties
- 2 good outings again!!
- followed by a BAD outing v. Phillies #5 OBP vs righties

WHEELER is much better than this. Normally when a GOOD pictcher has a BAD outing like that they bounce back with a GOOD performance! WHEELER scheduled to face mediocre DBACKS offense v righties next Saturday

OLSON (Tigers) had an awesome 1.92 ERA to begin June,
with only 2 BAD outings in the first 10 starts,
....but now has had all 3 starts in June turn BAD. 
And he faces an invigorated BRAVES team today
whose offense has come alive with 28 runs scored the last 4 games!!
a 7.0 runs per game avg....and they likely keep it up!!

Dodgers sputtering O in trouble
YIKES!
LOS ANGELES -- Dodgers shortstop Mookie Betts' hand was broken when he was hit by a pitch during the seventh inning of Sunday's game against the Kansas City Royals.
The former MVP and seven-time All-Star was drilled in the hand by a 97.9 mph fastball from Dan Altavilla and fell to the ground, writhing in extreme pain.
Manager Dave Roberts didn't know how much time Betts would miss but said the injury would not require surgery.
*My take is we can write him OUT until after the AllStar break...
Betts is one of the top 2 bats on the Dodgers (with Ohtani) and owns the highest OBP on the team with a whopping .405!!!

Exactly! Afterall, it's only common sense, that when you lose your top batter/allstar SS, that's no biggie whatsoever cuz you can easily throw any warm body in there and never miss a beat. Obviously. Thanks for your expertise and wisdom Stephen A of ESPN.
