 Honestly I dont know what happened to the man. He used to be very good. Last season he was on the same level as Skubal or probably even higher. Now, he pitches like he is in little league.

Even a broken clock is right twice a day.

LOSE badly on a night when I typically win, then rebound on a day which I usually LOSE.

Likewise, NATS "ace" Griffin will be tagged with a "BAD" outing too, allowing 11 on and 6 ER in only 5.1 ip.

Prior to tonight he had recorded only 2 BAD outings in his last 15 starts (he pitched in the All-Star Game) but like Martinez he had a rare off day tonight...

(esp. recency; not YTD!), injuries/lineups, weather conditions]....but consistent FAILURE!   Just for shyts&giggles stay tuned tomorrow for decent FADE opportunities......sigh....
