Horrible night/morning of non-sleep due to constant foot-cramping
....Finally got a few winks but still feel disoriented/groggy...Have to replace a lot of lost fluids too....
Hoping my head clears and this doesn't negatively impact my MLB analysis because I still haven't completed my series' worksheet for the weekend, let alone cap the individual games today.... sigh....

Fubah I also had alot of cramping and charlie horses in my legs. I have been taking a product for walmart made by bluebonnet containing magnesium,potassium and bromelain and I do not get them anymore. Hope this helps!

Sounds good, thanks for the info. I sometimes also get those charlie-horses early in the morning if I'm laying in bed and stretch hard, those suck..

There is electrolyte packets you can by off of amazon called sqwincher. You just pour a packed in your water and drink!! AND they are sugar free. They give these to construction workers that work in extreme heat so they won't get dehydrated and have cramps! I love these because if I start to have cramps in my calves, feet, or hands....I put 2 packets in my water and they go away. Hope this helps!!

Ahh so....yep, forgot my electrolyte balance.....I have potassium from my daily bananas but now that you mentioned it I think I am lacking magnesium as I have been foolishly neglecting my daily vita/mineral pill...

Finally completed the series' worksheet for the weekend.
Now onto capping tonight's games, one by one, in order.......still feel groggy though from lack of sleep.....so for today, if anyone might tail any of my bets - even a *BB - I strongly advise caution and a SMALLER bet size to be safe (that's what I'm doing!)......I could be waaaaaay off today

Hi Duke , I’m a health nut - Super clean diet , gym , tennis , sauna etc . Sleep is extremely important to our health so make sure you get enough buddy .
Try to avoid sugar and gluten - they cause inflammation which is the basis of all disease. Drink lemon water , green tea w lemon -?Take Carson’s Fish oil, a Good multivitamin, Trader Joe’s frozen organic wild blueberries, organic walnuts, apple for breakfast . Clean protein powder w water . Everyday and walk as much as you can, tread mill , swim - Just move your body for 30 minutes straight 4 days a week , keep your legs strong too - weightless squats - 40 a day in one sitting. Get a physical every year so you know where you stand .
