Today, Cleveland has a significant edge on the mound...backed up by the best bullpen in MLB.
St.Louis SS, WINN, is *OUT* of the lineup v. RedSox today.
Key batter too! Batting .296 v. righties while his replacement bats just .136 
And... looking at the confirmed pregame lineups, I see that backup catcher for slugger Contreras, HERRERA - who had been filling in nicely since Contreras went down - is also OUT of the lineup...some rookie dude named PAGES is relieving the backup catcher.....PAGES has had a total of 8 AB with just one hit (.125)
Plus, the CARDS are putting a shaky reliever on the mound, Liberatore. He was BAD his first two seasons as a starter, so they moved him to the pen, but he still has a mediocre WHIP and a poor ERA. Last game was 6 days ago when he started v. the mediocre Angels....thru just 3 1/3 ip he allowed 7 on board 
and 4 earned runs with only one K 
..... The outing before that, as a BP reliever, he allowed 3 hits before getting an out and got yanked. But ya never know....maybe the young guy will have a better game today....he is backed by a decent pen.....although the CARDS will have to do it without the decent bats from their SS and C 
And that weakened batting lineup will face PIVETTA, who was quite decent last year and even better in 4 starts this year - having 3 GOOD starts to just one poor outing...

This STARTER is riding a tenuous 8-game HOT STREAK, WITHOUT getting roughed up yet in that streak,
...but this should be anticipated to end at anytime!!!

Make no mistake, this dude and others I will identify in the future are GOOD starters - some of them exceptional! HOWEVER, probability says "consecutive streaks won't last long"...All GOOD pitchers will have an "off" day and get roughed up - sometimes mauled - before they resume their stellar pitching performances again. It happens to the best of them. Just CAN NOT be avoided.
When??? We can't know that for certain but my stats over many years indicate the time to start to worry is after they reach SEVEN (7) consecutive outings without a BAD one in that bunch (at any point in the season, not just from the start) Sure some HOT streaks may continue for 2 or 3 more performances....it happens! But for me, I don't need the stress that the bubble may burst that day. There's 14 other games to look at. I can simply skip those "HOT STREAK" dudes until *AFTER* their inevitable BAD outing beatdown, then resume looking at his starts after that! 
BlewitJays will be sitting their *BEST* hitter/slugger JANSEN
and their 6th best bat v. righties (Kiermaier) is sidelined already.
I have Tampa with almost a full run edge today, although this is a wait n' see for me due to their seeming streaks in opposite directions, which could just as easily flip to Toronto's favor...... in game opp maybe
Meanwhile it looks like Tampa's 2 lineup changes may have slightly INCREASED their edge at the plate even more!
