How the hell could you score this fight for DIaz? Condit implemented his gameplan to perfection. Diaz was outmaneuvered and outworked. BEST CASE, Diaz won 2 rounds.
You score rounds for aggression only if it's effective aggression. His aggression wasnt effective as he was getting picked off on the way in all night. It was like Floyd Mayweather against Antonio Margarito in there. One guy charging forward, and and getting picked off at every turn.
I watched the fight pretty closely. I bet on Diaz. I was hoping for Diaz. In no way did I think he won. In no way did I think the judges were going to give him the decision. Had the decsion gone to Diaz it wouldn't have been the worst call ever. But Diaz in no way controlled Condit in the octagon. While he was moving forward, he was getting kicked in the head and legs, and punched over and over again.
