WTF HAS HAPPENED TO TVG???? This is a profanity laced tirade against TVG, if you're offended by BAD LANGUAGE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS THREAD!!!

What the fuck has happened to TVG, the horse player's dream channel when it first started, to a piece of shit channel with sub-par tracks, most of the hosts that aren't worth a fucking damn, Nick Hines is non-stop talking piece of shit who spews nothing but useless information that a horseplayer already knows or who can see with his own eyes what's going on, his picks are off the wall, one day he hits a few, brags continuously and other days when he's getting his ass whipped, he gives a bundle of execuses and it still doesn't shut him the fuck up.  Make your pick and shut the fuck up already.  What caused this tirade by me, this morning I'm watching their International telecasts from England & Ireland, which are very enjoyable, I don't like jump races but I tolerate them and watch them, their other flat races are superb, so what does TVG do?  They go to "Thoroughbred Action", which are the previous days races from the glamorous track called "Aqueduct", does anybody really give a ship about the previous days races that we all know the results of?  I sure as shit don't and Aqueduct is the bottom of the barrel when it comes to racetracks, it's a total rundown piece of garbage that should be leveled and the racing that goes along with it.  So, there's a half hour shot to hell, what happens next?  TVG has Frank Lyons, one of my favorite hosts and handicappers on this station, they bring him on with a show called "Legends", with Jack Van Berg, horse trainer.  Legend?  They have a loose meaning for the word "legend".  I shut the fucking station off until the real racing starts, not that it's a good show, but it's what you watch the station for, even though their tracks are sub-par.  The producer at TVG must have had a fucking alzheimer's attack, because with the programming, tracks, hosts, touting and numerous stupid fucking pain in the ass commercials, which are numerous, I guess that's what keeps the channel going, the advertising, but I'm wearing out my mute button on my remote.

I could name other hosts I'm not fond of, but I'll leave it at Hines, maybe somebody will kick him in the fucking throat and we'll all get lucky.  I've been building this tirade for the past few months but this morning really pissed me off, the International races were great today and they cut the fucking simulcast off, nice.  Anyway, if any of you want to comment on my tirade, for or against me, for TVG or against TVG, let loose, dont' be shy.  I still watch TVG and their races because I do wager on a few of their tracks, but I use the "mute" button on my remote a lot, later.

I dont listen to none of those jerkballs except ,the lovely Christina has some nice jugs and lips so i watch her when shes on because iam a horn dog but you are 100% correct sir

Yeah, basically TVG reads you the Daily Racing Form.  They probably aren't even sure who their audience is so the game plan is to get as much pool action as possible.

Hey Monte, I hear a lot of that from fellow Covers customers about Pinnacle. The thing with Pinnacle is, they have a lot of financial investments in the Casinos in the USA, so rather than feel the wrath of the government, I understand Pinnacle is/was one of the most reliable offshore books when it came to payouts, the main reason I never joined an offshore book was because of my fear of not getting paid, do they still accept US customers?  If they don't, this is the reason why, USA Casino Investments, if they do, I'm really surprised.  If you look in the Gaming Industry forums, you always see US people asking if anyone knows of an offshore book with reliable payouts that accepts US customers, sad, later.

Dane a couple of points.

 

1) Nick Hines is horrendous.

 

2) The only capper I like is a guy who is on early in the afternoons I forget his name.  He's a capper sometimes and a lead host most others.  I "think" his first name is Rich.

 

3) I love Thoroughbred Action, but not when there's other races going on.  I like it at 4 in the morning so I can tape it and watch it whenever I want.  I used to LOVE watching Pack at night, especially when Sports Channel in Bosotn used to broadcast each night.  So I agree with your point, but love TA, especially during Saratoga.

 

4) The Tracks on TVG are mostly awful.  They won't be around much longer if they don't get the likes of Churchill, Gulfstream and "all" the West Coast feeds.  January-May is a tough time to watch TVG, with those terrible tracks.

Pinny no longer available to us in US.  I would hang out in here bet with great reliable book and get paid track odds with no taxes taken out.   I play a lot of Pick 4's and you got paid full amount.  It was great while it lasted.  I'm in NJ like you.  We can't get TVG or many other accounts.  The NJ track account is horrible.  You pay taxes on everything.  My neighbor has one,  I downloaded the forms.  It is a joke.  I don't mind paying taxes on a big score but they hit you on everything.  With that said, it was fun with online accounts you could bet up to post time and watch at home.  Going to track to place bets ahead of time has it's good and bad.   I do miss capping in here and betting at same time.  

daneish:  There is a reputable offshore book that has agents in the U.S. You can get paid every Monday via PayPal  or, if you lose, you send money by PayPal every Monday.  If you could contact me I could give you the details.  However, I cannot put my email in here, against the rules.  I have been using them all football season, works like clockwork.  Although, you do not get the sign on bonuses and my limit is $500 a game.  I did not have to put up a deposit and my limit was lower for a couple of weeks.
