Today Del Mar R5

#10 Viva Vegas

We have a beaten favorite filly going for her 2nd start for Baffert. She ran into a monster Zapperkat for Baltas who won by 5 & Vegas was 4.5 lengths ahead of the 3rd place finisher.

She stretches out an extra half furlong to 6.5F today & looks to be in a real nice spot. Interestingly Bejarano gets off Vegas to ride Baffert's other filly # 7 Jilly owned by his wife Natalie. Flavien Prat gets the mount on Viva Vegas.

Hopefully we get a better exacta than yesterday & this filly is in the middle of the rolling DD's. BOL to all...

Also took Florida A&M +53 against the Miami Hurricanes. Will be surprised if the Canes score 35-40.

53 points is a huge # & I don't think Coach Richt will pound a smaller in-state team with a small program.

! agree phil.

I'm trying to exhibit some discipline.. but as the Heinekens get colder I get this aching feeling to play a few more. I'll definitely be around for closing day @ the SPA.

I'm also on Bama-11.5 ; under 53.5.

BOL today...

Just took a quick look at the pic3 @ Del Mar starting in the 4th race. Prat is on 3 live horses in these races. Who knows? Does he get 3 in a row?

Triple 9-10-3

Love watching the Sooners pointing at each other. I wonder who else gets knocked off tonight....
