There's no conspiracy here. Just a horrible call/decision by the steward.

Its no Conspiracy bud, It takes a minute or 2 to review all videos multiple times from all angles and what the other 14 or so minutes for dialogue and debate........OK. I have a bridge by the way in Brooklyn to sale if your interested in it. How much dough was poured in this horse with straight, exactas, trifectas, superfectas........... That horse led from the gate and didn't impede on Country Horses chances of winning at all. It was really sloppy conditions and I do believe the horse was spooked. It was the fastest horse on that day in those conditions and make no mistake about it, at the end of the day this was the deciding factor ------->

They took their time reviewing the video, because it was no regular race and they wanted to get the call right. You should be congratulating these judges for what they did. In every sport, the refs just cant seem to get the call right. Here they got the call right. Max security clearly impeded other horses chances to finish in the money and even max securitys jockey knew he went to far over. said so after the race. Also if that one horse didnt put the brakes on and pull up on his horse, 10-12 horses could have ended up dead on the track. Could have been a complete night mare. This type of stuff happens at tracks everyday and horses get disqualified for doing what max security did.
And yes its time for the kentucky derby to stop putting 20 horses in the race. At some point a major disaster is going to happen one of these years
