Who is the asshole who mailed you the will? It depends on whether or not the will was executed, among other things.

I strongly also suggest stopping by legal aid or even calling a transactional attorney in your state and seeing if you can't get a free consultation.

Just got an email response from my uncle.

'Are you 30 years old yet.....that's when u get your money. I can't hand out any money till your 30....you know that..... so why are you even asking. Them's the rules.....don't blame me I didn't make the rules.'

Can you believe this guy?

None of these people work by the way....everyones 'retired' (with no money).
My mom was on unemployment when I was there.

If the will says you must be 30 to recieve the money your uncle is partially correct.  It depends on how the will is written but a lot of times you can get money pulled out early for things like.... medical bills, home down payment/purchase, maybe a couple others.  My wifes grandpa had a trust set up and she was one of the beneficiaries.  We were able to make a written request to pay the medical bills for my daughters birth.  She has a couple years until she gets the full amount left in the trust.  

It sounds like part of your problem is that the money isn't liquid since it is tied to the value of the house so it sounds like there is no money to give.

Man im tryin my hardest to get hired even got an interview tomorrow. Spent 150 today on a new pair of stacey adams, pants, shirt and tie.

I cut my hair recently, was a dread for years. Im serious about 'getting my shit together'.

Go nail that interview FSG, don't even think about this will stuff until after you talk to the lawyer because any wasted energy at this point is just that -- wasted. Get the information from the lawyer first so you will be better informed to make whatever decision you need to make.

FSG I've seen friends go down on this road and it's a tough one. Down and out.

Bad things steamroll.. first its no job.. no car... no bike.. no money.. no place to go.. For now you just need to start small. But that's going to take 100%. Haircut - damn straight. You gotta be aggressive and perfect to get a foothold, then anything is possible and you can express yourself later.

Be-on time, clean, energetic, friendly, and positive (don't talk to people about your problems in real life), and things should fall your way . Don't give up, GL
