Yeah - I was dead serious and it was totally ignored in favor of killing a goat with a rock and selling all of his possessions.
If you opened a service to help americans get "virtual citizenship" in Jamaica - you would have more business than you could handle.
What do you think one should charge for a service like that? Initial setup fee plus a monthly maintenance fee. Say like 500 for the setup and 50 monthly. What do you think the price would need to be to attract the majority of rec gamblers (like myself) and still profit? I would probably be willing to pay 200 setup and 20 monthly. If I didn't have a wife and kid I would seriously consider moving out of the US to set this business up.

Since Black Friday, I have been waiting to see these "virtual citizenship" places pop up. maybe they are out there, but I havent seen them - so if they are out there they are failing at getting themselves known.
You set up an operation that can get someone a bank accout, physical address, utility bill, and an IP address. All alacart. Once someone has that they can get what they want, and set up at poker or sportsbooks or neteller. You charge per item, I dont know hte price, but maybe a complete package for like 500 bucks - one time - no monthly charges. you arent setting someone up at pinny or pokerstars, you are just giving them the tools to do so.
BTW - I do not htink there is anything ililegal about this either. You are not breaking the UIGEA because you are not setting them up directly or taking payments. What they do with the docs is up tot he customer.
You market it at every poker forum and every sports forum. Your poker customers outnumber your sports customers 10-1.
Support your local animal shelter. I am on twitter.

500 one time.... i think i might be willing to pay that and I am small time.
The monthly charge I was considering was the VPN (new IP address) as most of the VPN services I have seen are about $10/month. Are there services out there that are a one time fee for new IP address? Maybe I should PM you about this instead.... sorry for jacking your thread FSG, but if you do move out of country you should seriously consider this plan.

FSG -- so the will says 1/4 interest in the house to you, 1/4 interest in the house to your sister, and 1/2 to the uncle? Or are you just referring to the general assets of your dad?
I was wondering specifically with reference to the house. Was it mentioned in his will? What did it say?

This asshole emailed me the will. It was like pulling teeth to get it. This was in February. Does that even count as a copy? A shitty fucking email.
And as soon as my mom saw the will she CHANGED. Wouldn't say goodmorning, just hid in her room all day....her and my sister both very secretive from then on.

And the house is supposed to pass to you when you hit 30, correct? How old are you now?
I think your mom would need your permission to sell the house if you are the listed beneficiary, but it would depend on the specific language of the will.

Did I ever mention they wheeled him out in a cardboard box at the 1/2 hour whatever it was. Can't call it a 'service' because it was shit. My father had 10 suits and wore them all his life working as a salesman. My fathers wishes were not to have a funeral because he 'didnt want us to see him like that'. (I strongly believe this is because he had to see his dad in a casket...my dad found his dad dead from heart attack before I was born)

KSG I may be wrong on this but if the will states you are 1/4 owner in the home I would assume you could put a lien on the house for your portion. If your mom/uncle/sister were to try and sell the house out from under you it would show up on the title search as a lein on the house and would have to be settled at closing. I am not an attorney and it would all depend on your state. If your portion is 175k I would say its worth hiring a lawyer for a couple grand to represent you.

You may also have no right to a portion of the house since you mentioned your mom and him were still legally married. Again it depends on the state but in community property states I believe she has first right to the property. Hopefully the legal aid can help you.
