Back in the day, a guy I knew from an opposing softball team kept saying, "what's up, buddy" whenever I saw him at the horse betting parlor that he frequented every day. I responded, "my name is not Buddy. I know your name, David. What's mine? He just gave me a goofy look, and I responded just as disrespectfully by saying, "no problem, buddy."
Besides "buddy" , I love when someone who wnats to bum money off me on the streets prefaces the conversation with, "can I ask you a question?" Err.., you just did, and I did not give you permission. Before he asks me what he wants, I respond, "the answer is probably no, but hurry up."

2) I don't mean to be an asshole, but... (now I am going to be an asshole)
3) Overusage of the word "great" or even the use of the word "awesome."
4) When people who have not seen you in awhile get your attention, which is a welcome diversion on the surface. But then they ask what you have been up to, and YOU say "not much" or "nothing worth bragging about." Since they came up to me, I GENUINELY ask them what they have been up to, and say "not much" and just stare at me. Hey asshole, you came up to me; now enlighten me with ANYTHING. It is not my job to entertain you.

There's only two things I hate in this world. People who are intolerant of other people's cultures and the Dutch.
It is shameful that you hate the Dutch.
The Dutch are an ally of the USA &UK. They are part of NATO, indeed they were one of the founding members of NATO. Dutch soldiers have fought and died along side the USA.
Afghanistan 24 Dutch troops were killed and 140 wounded General Peter J.M. van Uhm (Chief of Netherlands defence staff), his own son was killed in action . They supplied aircraft Four F16 jets, three Chinooks and five Apaches from the Dutch air force
"Dutch forces have served with distinction in Uruzgan, and we honour their sacrifice and that of their Afghan counterparts during the Netherlands' tenure in the province," said a statement from the Nato-led International Security Assistance Force (Isaf).
Analysts say the Dutch contingent has pioneered techniques which have since been held up as a model for other foreign forces in Afghanistan.
IRAQ An independent contingent of 1,345 troops (including 650 Dutch Marines, three or four Chinook helicopters, a military police unit, a logistics team, a commando squad, a field hospital and Royal Netherlands Air Force AH-64 attack helicopters) was deployed to Iraq in 2003, based in Samawah (Southern Iraq). On June 1, 2004, the Dutch government renewed their stay through 2005. The Algemeen Dagblad reported on October 21, 2004, that the Netherlands would pull its troops out of Iraq in March 2005, which it did, leaving half a dozen liaison officers until late 2005. The Netherlands lost 2 soldiers in separate attacks.

"It is what is" is bad overall -- but the worst without a doubt as we speak is B E A S T
I am currently watching the US Open of Tennis and had to get to my laptop specifically to talk about the overused word "BEAST"
Every loser from here to Bangladesh is saying this - Tennis euro dude, Nerds, Lame Sportscasters on local news, college kids, over the hill grey dudes trying to be cool. "He's a beeeeaaassttt"
Its almost as bad as "Extreme" from about 10 years ago and the Xgames.
Extreme gum, tricks, body spray, footage, workout
BEAST
Can we please please move on all you Beasters out there??
