My ear hurts when people have to end every sentence with "You know what I'm saying?"

Also: overuse of "off of."  Very few sentences actually call for "off of."  "We made money off the street fight." NOT "We made money off of the street fight."  Jesus.

It's so bad now, that sometimes they use it in the middle and the end of the sentence. When I hear someone say that, I always give them a blank stare and reply, No...what exactly are you saying?

The one that chaps my ass is when you are trying to help someone with something they don't know and they put on an act like they are interested and when your done, they just say Oh, okay. But you know they really don't give a shit about what you just explained to them.
