4 Big 12 team Championships as a member of the University of Colorado's Men's Cross Country team.

Trained with a ton of guys who ran in the Olympics.

High School All American in the mile.

Couple of mentions in Chris Lear's book "Running with the Buffaloes."

The highlight though would be dating a women's volleyball player. Those young ladies have the most outstanding bodies.
