I'll throw something on his books when the info come through. Geez, our boy can't catch a break. He should've dipped on Maine years ago. Nothing but heartbreak and cold winters. With his skill set, he could've thrived in several regions I'm aware of but he's not a young man anymore and it only gets harder.

An old domestic dispute. S#it flows down hill. Politicians want votes so they become, "Tough on Crime". Prosecutorial discretion gets your domestic case top priority because prosecuters want to be "Tough on Crime". Police continually violate Citizen Constitutional Rights because it gives them an awesome adrenaline rush and they can become, "Tough on Crime".

@StumpTownStu
I don’t think I have it but I’ll triple check.
Just fired off a letter and I’ll fire off another one tomorrow asking for his DOB.
No such thing as too many letters when you’re in a cell. Especially in his case when he has nobody, and I mean NOBODY, on the outside to forward any help.
Even if you never heard of John before, please put a 63 cent letter out and let him know he’s a covers brother and that we got his back!!!

Not a good idea. I dropped him some coin and also put something on my phone so he calls me often.
The main thing is PLEASE write him a quick letter or even a postcard. Nothing worse than being on the inside and getting zero mail. Word gets around the house that he's got nobody on the outside and he'll get bullied and generally harrassed.
@ Crusher13 Thanks and Happy Holidays to you and all Covers brothers & sisters!!!

UPDATE:
Talked with Johnny tonight. They moved him out of Seg and into a medium GP pod. A new prosecutor expressed some interest in letting him out with time served and two years probation and anger management classes. He has money and is in good spirits. HE NEEDS MAIL!!! Please write if you haven't already. Thanks to all for your support.
