Freezy is about 3.5 months in and hopefully hanging strong.  I'd imagine with good behavior he'd be out by June.

I am sure he is just fine.  I did 5 years in a federal penitentiary from 2002-2007.  I think some of you guys have been watching too many movies.  As long as you do not go in there acting like you are queer, you will not have that problem.  As long as you mind your own business, do not take anything that does not belong to you, rack up any gambling or drug debts that you cannot pay, or come in there acting like some bad-ass motherfu@@er, you will be just fine.  Since he is only doing 9 months, he is probably doing it in the county so he can be granted work release if he is employed.  The vast majority of the guys in there just want to do their time and get out.  They do not want to get into more trouble that will bring new charges while inside and keep them there any longer.     

i cant believe he got any time for only 20 lbs. anything under a year and he wont even go to prison, just stay in county which usually sucks a bit worse, and nowhere near as nice as club fed where crown went. i had a buddy that only got 2 years for transportation of tonnage of pot in texas, and another who was told to get out of nebraska after he got pulled over with 72 pounds. myself i got raided with 5 elbows and had to do drug court and thats it. shit should be legal

You guys think this is bad Let me tell you about injustice. Next month I have to do 3 years in prison because I worked for a company where the owner supposedly was commiting fraud. So the feds kicked down my door and hit me with a conspiracy charge. Yeah real justice! If I knew fraud was being committed I probably wouldn't have worked there???

Act like you know what your doing, mind your own biz and do the right thing, you won't have problems.

If all else fails... make a nice shank and stab a few people just for fun... people will think twice when it comes to fucking with you. 

Plus I'm sure he is in a county jail... not "prison" which is a TOTALLY different story.

Unless... your in NJ... and in the "green monster".... worse county jail in the US... not fun.
