I have a feeling this election is not going to turn into Dems vs. Repubs but rather everyone vs. Ron Paul. 

It seems like both sides want to ignore Paul.

I totally agree with the initial post.  They don't have any good candidates for the presidency just like they don't have any solutions to America's problems.  There is a huge deficit yet they keep insisting on cutting taxes.  Taxes are the government's revenue and if we are increasing our spending then taxes need to increase as well.

NO solutions

Give Obama 8 just like you gave W

None of you know anything.  I have an economics degree and understand how the economy functions.  The reason we have to keep spending more and more is because the value of the dollar is going down.  

Jimmy Carter was the best president we ever had.  He told us that we could not keep up our rate of consumption, and predicted what is going on know.  Nobody wanted to hear it at the time and he only got 4 years.  Pretty similar to Obama in my opinion.

Saw on the news this am that Obama would (today) beat Newt or Romney.
Happy to see the Republicans bring up Newts past.
I think the Republicans do not elect anything before us. There is someone waiting for all these jackasses to beat each other up and they will jump it late and win easy.

which means you know about as much as the clowns who are in our current white house as well as all white houses since at least 1971...as well as every keynesian hack pundit like krugman or romer or any of the other nitwits advising our "elected" leaders

the dollar is moving down because we are spending so much and just printing out of thin air. its the chicken before the egg. your example has the egg going first

If you voted for Obama cause you didn't want to be racist ,vote for somebody else this time so you aren't stupid. I've voted for 40 years and my candidate never won because I don't vote Dem/Rept because there are only two parties in America Ruling Class and Subjects.Be a good Libertarian and keep your head down,keep your voice low,make your money in the dark, and don't draw attention to yourself. It is an extreme rare election that provides a candidate that makes any real difference once elected. Cover your own ass.

I am absolutely dumbfounded by this statement. I am thinking along the line of 30-40% of our spending i.e. tax payer dollars is lost to waste, fraud and corruption and you want me to pay more into the ponzi scheme that is our budget?
