Help, please!!! Seriously

I'm in a pickle and I need help.

 

I'm married and I've been having a really good year wagering, in large part because of football season.  I use 5dimes only, and over the last year I've let my wife in on how things work.  She knows the 5dimes account number and while she doesn't know my password she could probably guess it.  She knows how I put money in, how it is money gram'd to somewhere in Florida (that the offshore sets up) and how I get money out.  She sits with me a lot of the time when I'm making bets, so she knows how much is in the account.  She even asked recently how long have I had that much in and I told her since football season and we laughed.

 

Here is where it gets tough.  We been having marital problems, serious ones.  To top it all off, she has evidence that I was doing someone else on the side (please don't judge me).  She hasn't done it yet, but I really think she is about to serve me with divorce papers.  If she does, do you think I'm in trouble with my 5dimes money?  She is a vengeful type and she knows there is a good chunk of asset in that 5dimes account that she could probably get a piece of.  If I'm going through a divorce, could she have 5dimes subpoened so she can see betting and transaction history for my account??  Or if 5dimes refuses her, can she go to someone and blow the whistle on my wagering activities which are in violation of port security act (whether or not we think that act is b/s is irrelevant, it is passed law)?

 

We were married, so I saw no problem with sharing this part of my world with her.  Now it looks like it may come back to bite me in the ass.

this is just my opinion, I am by no means an authority....first, she has no real evidence of your infidelity whether true or not...these days PI's almost have to be involved to obtain evidence so legally, just shut your piehole....as for 5Dimes, I can't imagine any lawyer telling her she could get her hands on this cash, it's on an island for god's sake and just for fun lets say a lawyer serves 5Dimes on this island...there response would probably be an American Subpoena

Open an account with a book that does transfers with 5Dimes, transfer about 40% and change your password to something she can't guess.

This is Rooster16's girlfriend and I think that you are an idiot for cheeting on your wife in the first place...its very rare that any girl will be okay with their boyfriend/husband gambling so in my opinion I think she should get all of it...but thats just me.

Thanks everyone. No children - this is one of the problems.  Before we got married she wanted them then she changed her story.  Any way I'm gonna try to do something with the money.  She knows the computer IP address though, and if I deposit the money into any of my bank accounts, the bank records could be accessible if divorce goes down.
