I never generalized the entire force as being "bad cops"...i said unfortunately there is a GOOD AMOUNT of those that are there to abuse their power, whether intentional or not.  I have known police officers on both end of the spectrum...classmates and family members.  What I meant by premeditated is that in order for something like this to be taken to this level you have to have those thoughts in your head long before an incident occurs.  I realize officers risk their lives every day...and I can't knock that...but that was far from the point of my original post.

If this cop gets hung out to dry it will not bode well for America.

I know all the arguments about "civil liberty" and "personal freedom"... But I like the idea of walking down the street anytime I want to without fearing someone will mug me, or want to play the knock out whitey game. Everybody is so, so, so worried about the criminals rights and civil liberties, WHAT ABOUT THE PERSON WHO IS NOT COMMITTING A CRIME???

Now we get to see who gets it and who does not have the snap to get it and attacks me for wanting to walk down the street without fear of being attacked...

Yes this is a game changer.  But the mainstream media doesn't want to talk about this.  It's on video.  2 witnesses talking about what actually happened.  So everyone go home now.  When you are wrong and the police are right, just go home.  But that isn't gonna happen.  We all know that.

C'mon... HE EMPTIED HIS CLIP ON THE KID.

Four Shots Right Torso / Right Arm...

And then a shot though the Right Eyesocket...

Then a final shot through the Forehead / Top Head as the kid was going down.

This tells me he needs some time on the shooting range or his gun is pulling to the left.

There may be questions on whether the cop had to pull his pistol but there is no question when the pistol is pulled they are taught to shoot to kill...no "warning shot..." "no wound the leg."

I assume the same people that got emotional during the Trayvon Martin case and was calling George Zimmerman a murderer, while disregarding the facts and laws, are the same people calling the cop a murderer.

As to your first assertion, completely false.

As to your second assertion, that door swings both ways. I imagine that people like yourself, the ones that refused to acknowledge that Zimmerman could have engaged in anything wrong will say the same about the police officer.

Wound ballistics will tell us a lot, including the way the victim was moving, or if he was moving at all, as well as the distance from the shooter.

The problem here is the protestors create a polarized situation essentially drawing people to immediately take sides without an objective determination of facts. The facts are out there and will be known for the most part.

the cop was prolly bum rushed ... cop was nervous and a bad shot .... so ended up dropping so many bullets cause he was shooting the dude in the arm instead of the chest .... finally got a head shot and it all ended. nothing more here folks ...

no cop is dumb enough to execute anybody in broad daylight ... in the middle of the street .... for no rhyme or reason .... that just doesn't happen.   in 1814 maybe ... but not in 2014 fellas

I'm glad it took me to post for our resident "Matlock" to comment on the case.

Are you saying cops aren't taught to shoot to kill?

A better way for me to have said it is "aim center mass."

And DJ, you say I refused to acknowledge Zimmerman could have done anything wrong. The people who were on the side of Zimmerman (not as cheerleaders, but wanted the facts to come out before we lynched him) are the same people on the side of the cop in Ferguson. We are not on the side of the cop because he killed a black man. We are on his side because there is no evidence yet that he committed murder.

But once again your true colors show. Your comments concerning refusing to "acknowledge something" should be directed towards the people rioting and calling the cop a murderer.
