You can make bad jokes and call people names all you want, it still doesn't prove what happened at the scene.

Look, I'm not taking Brown's side. If he attacked a cop then he caused this whole incident (shooting). My point is that the robbery has nothing to do with the shooting.

Keep it racist though Search, shows your true character.

Point being you can establish behavioral history all you want. All that really matters is what the evidence at the scene of the shooting proves: bullet trajectory, witness accounts (even then these can be subjective), injuries to the officer/Brown, etc.

    More silly nonsense.

He factually just committed a felony prior to his confrontation with a police officer you moron. It has EVERYTHING to do with the shooting.

My apologies, I re-read your comments and you did not assess blame albeit I believe the commission of the robbery is relevant to the mindset of Brown.  Anyway, maya copa, you did not assess blame.

The video and his actions in it demonstrate this.  I am sure you understand this.  Quite obviously he did it once; so he may have done it twice within 10 minutes is all I am saying.  Cop had nothing against him for 10 years so far. I agree, let the facts come out.  Like not being shot in the back, not having his hands up, not being dragged into the car, etc.

The fascinating part is that you continue to blather complete nonsense, just like the idiots riot thugs trying to hurt innocent people, steal merchandise, frighten children and attack police before you've carefully considered what took place. You are the racist here.

Keep hating the "white man" and see where that takes you.

Is it possible for him to commit a robbery and not attack a cop?
Is it possible for him to attack a cop and not commit a robbery prior to the attack?

The answer is yes on both questions. It's all about what happened at the scene of the shooting. The evidence at the scene is relevant, not the robbery.

What you are now arguing is that because he robbed a store he MUST have attacked the cop. It could eventually be proven (and probably will be proven) that he did attack the cop. However, the robbery of store doesn't justify the shooting, the attack does.

I am white. Don't let the avatar fool you. Why would I hate white people and why would that make me racist? You used the term "bunny", as in "jungle bunny" in referring to black people. I'm pretty sure you fall under the racist category on that one.

No worries. I'm with you, I want to see what the evidence at the scene concludes before I pass judgement. I have an idea of what I think happened, which is along the lines of Brown attacking the cop, but I could always be wrong which is why I am not taking a side right now.

I just argue that the robbery is irrelevant because it has no impact on the evidence found at the scene of the shooting. I'm more interested in the evidence leading to a credible re-enactment of what happened at the scene of the shooting, not the robbery.

I'm with you, let the facts come out. He very well might have attacked police which would justify the shooting. Attacking the store owner isn't what got him shot though.

Agreed.  Will be interesting to see what the investigation determines.  Hopefully the truth comes out.

More and more "facts" are coming out. If you think Wilson pulled up on those 2 kids and opened fire on Brown while he was peacefully surrendering then I'm surprised you can read this thread,

    In general.

I was not there either. I dont know exactly what happened. I am, however, 100% sure Brown wasnt be a good boy and complying with the officer and peacefully surrendering. I'm also 100% certain Wilson did not plan to roll up on those boys and shoot them. Simply didnt happen that way.

I see a lot of people getting caught up in the number of shots. How many times does a person actually feels its necessary to defend his life? Would it not make sense that the officer feared for his life and did what anyone would do in that siutation....keep shooting until the threat is eliminated or you run out of bullets.

Also, according to "witnesses", Brown was holding his hands in the air after being shot the 1st time or 2.....Well, Ive never been shot in the upper arm, but I doubt bringing my arm above my head is gonna be my 1st reaction.....

Maybe my common sense isnt so common these days.

    "Bill Cosby:
They're standing on the corner and they can't speak English.

I can't even talk the way these people talk:

    "Why you ain't,
    Where you is,
    What he drive,
    Where he stay,
    Where he work,
    Who you be...".
And I blamed the kid until I heard the mother talk.

And then I heard the father talk.

Everybody knows it's important to speak English except these knuckleheads. You can't be a doctor with that kind of #$%$ coming out of your mouth.

In fact you will never get any kind of job making a decent living.

People marched and were hit in the face with rocks to get an Education, and now we've got these knuckleheads walking around.

The lower economic people are not holding up their end in this deal.

These people are not parenting. They are buying things for kids.

    $500 sneakers for what?

And they won't spend $200 for "Hooked on Phonics."

I am talking about these people who cry when their son is standing there in an orange suit.

Where were you when he was 2?

Where were you when he was 12?

Where were you when he was 18, and how come you didn't know that he had a pistol?

And where is the father? Or who is his father?

People putting their clothes on backward. Isn't that a sign of something gone wrong?

People with their hats on backward, pants down around the crack, isn't that a sign of something?

Isn't it a sign of something when she has her dress all the way up and got all type of needles (piercings) going through her body?

What part of Africa did this come from?

We are not Africans. Those people are not Africans; they don't know a thing about Africa.

I say this all of the time — it would be like white people saying they are European-American — that is totally stupid.

I was born here, and so were my parents and grand parents and, very likely my great grandparents. I don't have any connection to Africa, no more than white Americans have to Germany, Scotland, England, Ireland, or the Netherlands.

The same applies to 99 percent of all the black Americans as regards to Africa — so stop, already!

With names like Shaniqua, Taliqua and Mohammed and all of that #$%$...and all of them are in jail.

Brown or black versus the Board of Education is no longer the white person's problem.

We have got to take the neighborhood back.

    People used to be ashamed.

Today a woman has eight children with eight different 'husbands' — or men or whatever you call them now.

We have millionaire football players who cannot read.

We have million-dollar basketball players who can't write two paragraphs. We, as black folks, have to do a better job.

Someone working at Wal-Mart with seven kids, you are hurting us.

We have to start holding each other to a higher standard...
This earned him title of " Uncle Tom" Nice!

I'm not saying I know what happened, I'm just positive I know what didnt happen. This wasnt a case of premeditated murder involving racism.

What you are now arguing is that because he robbed a store he MUST have attacked the cop

    Ktrain.

He went directly from the store to a police officer now didn't he. They even have camera footage after strong arm robbery.... Did ya see it?

Is there camera footage of him definitely attacking the cop? I'm guessing no, since there is still a debate. Did the cop shoot him because Brown robbed the store? I'm still guessing no.

If you were to add that he robbed the store AND attacked a cop, then your premise would have some credibility to it. But because you insist that Brown was shot because he robbed the store, your premise is flawed and incorrect.

You should stick with the "okey dokey" responses. You're much better at those. On the bright side, it was good to see you keep racial slurs out of your posts when trying to make a credible statement.

I completely agree this wasn't premeditated. In the heat of the moment though, crazy things can happen. I just want to know the truth before I take a side in this. Although I have a feeling I know which side I will be taking (it isn't Brown's).
