In games are often left on when play is going. That email is absurd. And who is actually appreciating your understanding in the matter.

What a joke. I would email them that you are watching on a TV with a 7 second delay so you didn't see a play until 9:35 and 7 seconds so the first bet is good.... dumb fucks

when u click the game and go to place the wager it will just not accept it if the play already started.

I'm on the phone with customer service and all he can do is apologize.  Fucking shit.  If I had lost the bet, they would grade it as a LOSS, but now that I won it they would CANCEL it.
