5 years ago I got sucked in the same way by playing the Casinos. If it was after a great day of picks on sports I would stay up all night playing until most of the time my + money went down. If I had a bad day I would chase at night on the tables.
I figured out the best and ONLY way for me is to use a book that doesn't have a casino. If you think about it, betting games for some is a rush and you get 2 to 4 hours out of it for a sporting event.....For those of us who do this for a living you learn that research gives YOU the edge and especially is College Sports.
