Tuna fish sammich recipes?
I never realized how bad canned tuna was until I tasted some smoked stuff that a co-worker caught.........amazing difference. Real tuna is pretty damn good.
Damn right! I usually eat sashimi tuna and that expensive fatty tuna...not even close to the canned shit...

Also, none of you mentioned the key ingredient, so it must be secret, and i'm gonna keep it to myself incase i open a sandwich shop, and want to franchise

anyway.... around these parts it's an old black man's rumour that putting hot sauce on your tuna makes it taste like chicken. Never got around to trying that....

- In a large bowl, combine the tuna, celery, onion, mayonnaise, lemon juice, parsley, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix well and refrigerate until chilled. Sprinkle with paprika if desired.

I use sauteed onions, mustard, mayo, and pickles.
I make tuna melts. Toast the bread first. Apply tuna mix. Cover with pepper jack cheese. Broil in the oven until bubbling.
I could see some fresh lemon making this better but who the hell has fresh lemons around.
