    Another Cheap and EZ recipe.....

2 cups cooked rice (I like Minute Rice, very EZ)
1 lb. Med. Shrimp  (peeled and deveined )
1 cup Mixed frozen Veggies(peas and carrots or stir fry veggies)
1 small can Mushroom stems and pieces
    Soy Sauce
    2 eggs

*Saute Shrimp  (butter, lemon juice, chopped onion and white wine) Sit aside, save saute mixture, we'll use it later. ( Shrimp
will turn pink when done, don't over cook, They get chewy)
*Hard Scramble the eggs and sit aside
*Saute veggies in saute mixture along w/mushrooms 2 min.
*Combine shrimp, scrambled eggs, and rice in with veggies and mushrooms.
Add Soy Sauce to taste( I use 3-4 tbls )
Simmer 4-5 min. while stirring often.

There you have it. Bon Apettit !

PS......I like Benihana Salad Dressing on mine. It's a great
salad dressing also. Here's my rendition:

    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup veg. oil
    4 tbls rice vingar
    4 tbls water
    2 tbls chopped ginger root
    2 tbls chopped celery
    3 tbls Soy Sauce
    3 teas tomato paste
    3 teas sugar
    2 teas lemon juice
    dash salt and pepper
Combine all ingredients in blender and process until almost smooth. makes 16oz.

Being Asian, I can give you a tip on the fried rice...

Rather then using soy sauce as the main flavoring (which white people seem to like)... Try using Oyster sauce...  This can be found in most supermarkets...

I also saw that you add onions to the shrimp when you are sauteing it...  I think that onions are an important flavor base to fried rice...  I often will add chopped green onions tot he mixture at the end for taste and color...

Keep up the good work, woudl love to see more of your recipes...

Always encourage new wrinkles to any recipe. The oyster sauce sounds interesting...Might scare some guys. THX. I don't know if Benihana's is Nation wide, but I love their Salad Dressing.

You might want to add some Bar-B-Q Fish to this:
    Very EZ !!!!
4-8 Talopia filets(these are popular today, but any fish will do)
1/2 cup ur favorite BBQ sauce
    1/2 cup beer
    Bag of BBQ Potato Chips

Mix the bbq sauce and beer (needs to be kinda watery)
Spread on filets on baking sheet(cover with tin foil makes EZ
    cleanup)
Crush Chips very fine and sprinkle on fish(Chips have all the
    spices you'll need.)
Bake @ 375F for 15-20 min depending on thickness of fish.

Have you ever thought about becoming a Top Chef or opening up your own restuarant?    You have kick-ass recipes and would become very rich and famous.
