El Tri were the favorites in qualifying and yet they put forth an average performance that resulted them needing a playoff victory over New Zealand just to qualify. Yes I am aware they've turned it around somewhat, but I could see another letdown for the heavy favorites in the face of pressure. Whereas Cameroon, though less talented, can play loose, knowing they're just happy to be there. That's my take anyway. I'm certainly no expert, or even close to an expert.

Look for Australia to park the bus against an attack-minded Chilean team. Chile is going to win this game 1-0 or 2-0 in my opinion. I just don't see Australia putting forth much offense at all.

I have a feeling that Spain disappoints in this tournament and goes out early, but I still feel that they will get it done against a poor Netherlands side. The Dutch don't seem to have any chemistry at the moment and the Spaniards should come out with a 2-0 or 2-1 win.

Look for Australia to park the bus against an attack-minded Chilean team. Chile is going to win this game 1-0 or 2-0 in my opinion. I just don't see Australia putting forth much offense at all.

I predict Greece to finish last in this group and Colombia to finish first, so this is a mismatch in my opinion.

The Japanese are going to be one of my surprise teams in the sense that they will advance past the group stages. There is definite value in Japan +180, but I think that we get more value in the draw. I see a 1-1 or 2-1 Japan win in this game.

I really think this Swiss side is strong, but Ecuador will be a difficult opponent to beat. They finished ahead of Uruguay in qualifying; this is no push over. The Swiss have a near impenetrable backline, and this one smells like 0-0.
