I need to reassess my thoughts about USA... 

They played Germany very well, almost enough to take it to OT

Maybe USA is not so good, cuz Germany looks like garbage.

At the end of the day, the underdog always has more of an advantage than we think in these types of matches.  Especially once you get to this round, because every team has been tested and proved to do well enough.  Dogs are dangerous in this round.

Well Belgium is a significant favorite, so I would think so.  Besides it is the USA, so any team will not need much motivation.

I think USA might be a bit underrated, as well as Belgium might be a bit underrated.

I will likely still play USA just for a small bite... something to frustrate me as I watch, or cheer hopefully

extra time should be sudden death

You are almost begging for shootout otherwise.

Don't get me wrong, the shootout is very exciting,... but I don't think it is a good way to decide a match.  It should be last resort.

Sudden death would be more appropriate IMO

A few years ago thye had the golden goal principle which meant: first team to score wins. Now thye just play 2 halves of 15 minutes, and the team with most goals wins

Never said all of them fasting. Never said all if them Muslims. Some are. Lol but nevertheless Algeria played great today. Germany had its moments but soccer is rigged therefore Germany advances and they made everyone cash on Algeria in regulation and everyone lost money on Germany. While everyone thinking Algeria gonna win extra time since they held it down in regulation. Germany scores and wins and Algeria and all the people that betted on Algeria lost.

Damn you are dimmented... I lost on my bet of Germany in regulation... but no way do I think it was because it was rigged.  I saw the scoring opportunities... and they missed each time.

If you think all of that is orchestrated you need a therapist - seriously
