2 QB league 10 people .5ppr flex

I have Charles and Forte but my receivers are atrocious. Maclin Bowe Kelvin Benjamin(ugh). Moreno as flex but unsure about health. I was offered 2 deals:

Forte for Doug Martin and Fitzgerald

Or

Forte for Julio Jones and Bishop Sankey

Would love to hear some insight thanks.
