Thanks Bubba for taking the time to do the updates, here is the rule for the Sunday Plays... no exceptions, this is good for both leagues... 

IF A PLAYER MISSES THE AWAY TEAM DEADLINE THEY WILL BE DEDUCTED -1.00 UNITS ON THEIR WEEKLY ROI. THEY CAN STILL SUBMIT A SUNDAY PLAY THAT WILL BE GRADED FOR THE WEEKLY ROI AS WELL AS THE CUP PLAY.

THE CUP PLAY WILL ALSO BE PENALIZED 1.00 UNIT FOR MISSING THE DEADLINE.

IF AN AWAY PLAYER DOES NOT SUBMIT A SUNDAY PLAY AT ALL THEY WILL LOSE THE 1.00 UNIT ON THE WEEKLY ROI AND THE 1.00 UNIT ON THE CUP TOTAL, HOWEVER THEY WILL NOT LOSE THE 1.00 UNIT FOR FAILING TO MEET THE AWAY DEADLINE

So I'll have to double check the Sunday plays and come up with the updated standings

I missed my deadline on Saturday night but I had no idea I still can pick for any other points. I thought once it isn't posted by Saturday night there was no need. That's the way I read it but it's ok I learned a good lesson.

So if you win week and have +ROI you get 3, if you win week with - ROI u get 2? If you lose with +ROI you get 1 point?  Am I getting close?

That's correct .. a win = 2 pts  a draw = 1 pt and a + roi = 1 pt

There has been no official statement regarding tiebreakers by any of the two Commissioners.(correct me if wrong).. However.. roi was historically the first tiebreaker.

BGB IS CORRECT..IF THERE IS A TIE FOR POINTS AT THE END OF THE SEASON THE TIE BREAKERS ARE AS FOLLOWS(BOTH LEAGUES)

1. HIGHER ROI FOR THE SEASON
2. WIN/LOSS RECORD
3 HEAD TO HEAD
4 ONE DAY PLAYOFF.

THERE WILL BE NO DRAWING OF LOTS 

"Bet the farm!" "GO WHERE THE MONEY IS!"
