Holy shit a lot of people weighed in today...BTW if you know the team your players are going against please include it. It allows me to give a quicker opinion, versus stopping to look at the matchups..Not trying to be a dick...just more efficient.

Let me see if I can offer an opinion on your teams.

gales- I think I try Schaub. After the Jets stymied their offense. I think Texans can find some yards in the air. Big Ben threw for 363 yards against Titans D as running the ball was not very effective.

AT RB you have to play your 1st rounder SJax although I am not very high on him and I pair him with Julius Jones. T Hightower ran for 121 yards against this 49er defense.

WR S. Smith Car? Yes and Calvin Johnson... S Smith NYG I go Calvin Johnson and L Moore

utvols - It is what is send in your best lineup and hope the fantasy gods reward you.

kev- I honestly think that is a tough call as was pointed out J Charles may get some carries. Besides Johnson looked like dog crap granted against Ravens D... but still 11 carries for 20 yards.. I think I have to stay with my 1st rounder Slaton at this point although I think yards will be tough for him to come by.

nba- I think Walter was hurt last week check inactives prior to kickoff but I think Driver is the more reliable target.

JW1LS- S jax and M. Bell... Yes think of the success a big back like Deuce has had with the NO offense against this Philly D. Should see a lot of carries again IMHO and get in the endzone this week.

I go White, Desean and Royal at WR/Flex

small- Smith, Moss, Driver at WR... easy I don't have a lot of faith in old man Bruce

I think Hightower will have a tough go like Indy's backs did against Jags D... If you listen to me you will be drinking the M Bell Kool-Aid too.

Jeff Duncan, of the New Orleans Times-Picayune, reports New Orleans Saints RB Pierre Thomas (knee) said he participated in practice without pain Wednesday, Sept. 16 and will play in Week 2. Thomas wore a big brace on his knee during practice and had it wrapped with ice after.

2nd WR Spot:

Gage: home to Texans

Mason: @ Chargers

Bryant: @ Bills

Stuckey: home to Pats

I'm definately leaning towards Gage here. There's no doubt he's Collins fave target and the redzone guy.

Bustin, I know you're not a Mason fan, but I think he's still a sold point producer. However, this isn't a PPR, so I'm not as big a fan of him here.

I've thought about dropping Bryant and picking up his teammate Michael Clayton. Guess I'll hang onto him for now, but don't see how I could start him.

Stuckey was high on my sleeper list, and he started the season well last week. Texans secondary is crap though, so I think maybe I should wait another week or 2 on him.

So who should it be?

I like Gage the best... I had him in one league but had plenty of WR with Wayne, TJ, and Santonio... so I figured I could use that spot better by picking up M Bell a few days after the draft.

I just picked up Stuckey. I think there is a chance he may get more balls than I expected with Cotchery drawing the #1DB and doubles. He is going to sit on the bench for now.

lv2fire I'd say take Brown this week, easier matchup and at home during primetime.. its close tho.
Okay lookin for some advice here guys... I can't decide who to start at QB between Schaub and Garrard. I have MJD too so if I use Garrard I'll essentially be getting every TD point by Jax which I like a lot this week vs cardinals. Also McFadden or K. Smith?? Leaning pretty heavily on DMC on that one but input is still appreciated. Thanks guys.

Mason & Gage pretty close I'd say. I lean Mason. I think Titans run all over the field this week so not as many passes coming his way as against Steelers. Also I like Mason a lot this year, he's Flaccos best receiving option and last week he got nothing... think this week Flacco looks his way often & he has a great game.

Jim Flynn, of PewterReport.com, reports Tampa Bay Buccaneers WR Antonio Bryant (knee) did not participate in practice Friday, Sept. 18, and is listed as doubtful for the team's Week 2 game.

I agree that Bell could be the man.....I am feeling the pain of owning P. Thomas, right now......

Speaking of Hightower (@ JAX): Start him or Caddy Williams (@ BUF) next to Gore (v SEA).

Also would appreciate some opinions on which WR you guys would play.

L. Evans (v TB)
D. Bowe (v OAK)
L. Moore (@ PHI).......doubt it......

My #1 is R. Moss.....should have a big game...will buck the bad trend.

I am starting Favre (@DET) over C. Palmer (@GB).

Looking forward to hearing what my fellow-FF-Degenerates would do....already in need of a "bounce-back" week. Lost in a pretty tight game where Palmer didn't do ANYTHING.

I would lean towards Evans. Has a decent match-up....TB gave up 344 PaYds to DAL last week.

I'm not a fan of Gage's.......must be the Ex-Bear Label that gives me pause.

Bush could get some decent touches, but Philly's D is is flying high after eating Delhomme's lunch. 'Ole but was flat-out pistol whipped...........I digress.

Bustin- As always, thanks for the fantasy advice buddy

Matt Hasselbeck it is. I do however think I'm going with Mason over Gage, even though you suggested the opposite and I originally leaned that way as well. I really like that Ravens offense this year.

One final question. 2 QB league. Romo in the first spot, now for the 2nd: Palmer @ GB or Garrard home to Arizona. 6pt QB TD league.
