Baseball League Pre-Season

I can only assume it's a 1st baseball from Beantown. I just don't understand why you'd take Kevin Youkilis in the 1st round.

I'm going to hold onto my pick. Thinking about it...I'd be trading a top player and a very good player for another top player. After the draft, I'd NEVER trade whoever my 1st and 9th pick is going to be for someone else's 1st and last.

I gotta think smarter.

Oh yea...and I stopped the mock draft after I got Cargo, Kemp, Youkilis, Kershaw and Price and missed out on Casey McGehee and Derek Jeter in the process.

How many of my guys would be drafted in the top 2 rounds? It's pointless imo.

i here what your sayin sparky but you dont know who ur gonna get 8th and with the #1 overall u take whoever u want, u cant say u wouldnt trade at years end cause we dont know what 4 guys are involved, my 1st could completely out play your 8th or vice-versa... 

im not trading it until i evaluate everyone's draft positions and see if a different drafting position would better fit me for the guys i want and try to see if they have a chance of being there in the rounds im lookin at.. i have a plan this year, not to drawn out but last year i winged it being my 1st year and this year i'll be much better prepared and aware of guys and rotations/pens/Bench's..

That's my problem. I still think of this as new because it's a keeper league now so the rules change.

Well...if you decide you're interesting in giving up that #1 pick...let me know and I, too, will re-evaluate the situation.

Yes. I let you in here cause your a good guy but with this being a keeper league YOU NEED to just make yourself available to talk every now and then. Im just talking if someone wants to get ahold of you and talk trades or something. Not stop in like 2 times a month ya know?
