2 QB League - who in as #2?

If you had to pick your team's 2nd QB and your choices were:

Jake Locker vs KC

Ryan Fitzpatrick vs WSH

Who would you take?

Fitz -->  Better receivers (Johnson, Hopkins) and a weaker opposing pass rush.  .  Any chance you could pick up Carson Palmer, Geno Smith, or... dare I say it... Shaun Hill?  I would actually start any of these three in week 1 over Fitzpatrick.

Thanks - I was leaning towards him.  I'll look into the pick ups but I doubt it.

I like geno if he is avail....if not give me gulp Fitzpatrick this week!
