 NFL and NCAAF from last weekend completely missing

This Is Going From Bad To Worse, Our NFL Office Pool Is A Total Mess On Grading Picks.

Looks Like 30 Of Us Wasted 8 Weeks On This Contest.

Update on Streak Survivor, King of Covers, and Office Pool Records

Hi everyone,

I wanted to provide you all with an update on the Streak Survivor, King of Covers, and office pool records. The good news is that our product team has confirmed that all records in our database are accurate. However, they are not displaying correctly on the front end. The team is currently working on a solution to restore the missing records and picks.

@ColinMac...All the NHL games for Oct 31st are screwed up now..it's showing all games are final in Office Pools & games are showing minus units for under over picks that haven't even been played or pushes for game that have money line picks for tonight..can someone look into this issue please ?

For the NFL contest, I am still missing my four correct picks from 10/24 as well as this past Monday night picks. Had the Rams and the over and the Steelers to the over.

Will that get updated at some point?

NHL contest still missing all 24th plays. I know there were people in top 10 who collected -5k units that day... of course same with winners too.

+-5k is a lot of units in this competition.

I joined Covers to participate in the outstanding array of contest by which they offered their members.

Starting this year, MLB, NHL, ended in a disaster, and to this day, no settlements have been awarded. (Continuing to use e-mail addresses as an excuse)

Presently the NBA, NFL, and ironically the NHL (again)

Are in turmoil!....

Looks like the contest issues are continuing on the first day of NCAAB? What is up with all of the scores and games not being updated, or scored when they are over? Records are already way off on first day. Not a good sign for the contest. 

This is related to the update I made about how all records in our database are accurate. However, they are not displaying correctly on the front end. Our product team is still working on a fix to this.

 any idea if day 2 of ncaa and the issues will be resolved today?  i got an ungraded survivor pick which means i cant make another play until it has been graded

Hey @revnecro1273, day 2 had to be manually graded as well. You should be good to make another Streak Survivor pick!

Apologies for the delay in this, all games should be graded and removed from your pending picks.

About KoC NHL and profits so far. Are You Cover guys sure these numbers are cumulating correctly?

If i count my profits so far i get 10820, there is one day missing 24th and i think it was +day (obviously can't check that) but my total is just 9980 ?

I'm sure others have these same issues with + or - profits.

From October 23rd to 25th there may be games missing from your profile page in your completed picks, but they all were saved within our backend system. Our team is working on getting these back to showing within your profile and any discrepancies should be fixed once that is done.
