ohhh, and for the stat nerds who look at mizzous D yards against, well, considering theyve been ahead at every point of every game, teams try to catch up by throwing and throwing and throwing. plus, mizzous starters have been taken out by the 2nd quarter in every game except illini.
 
this game reminds me of what happened last year at colorado... since mizzou "hadnt won in boulder in decades"... yah.. another awesome trend...  i think mizzou covered by like 30 points that game


You must have missed the Buffalo game.  I'm still leaning heavy on mizzou though.

Play of the week! Nebraska +10.5 covers here! I'll even put a little on the ML. Nebraska has not lost to Mizzou at home!! Throw all the other trends out the window.

Chase Daniels will slice and dice this Husker D padding stats for his Heisman run...Husker D made an average VaTech O look good....Husker O not nearly as explosive as last year......I like the Under play as much as I do the side.....

Chase Daniels will have a field day this weekend. I dont think the Mizzou D is all that great, but I know the Nebraska offense cant light up a scoreboard either.

Yea 1978 is long gone but not forgotten...... don't be suprised to see the huskers ready to play..... This isn't going to be an easy task...

I love mizzou and what they are doing ! but  this game has me nervous for them and Pelini might just be able to stop them...

Man, I'm a tried and true Jayhawk til I die! There's nothing I'd like to see more than bid red shock Mizzou, but let me tell you, this team just had a week off...Pinkel is a master at preparation...people this team is ready to do some serious damage...they've been watching tape...getting reamed about the three fumbles in the Buffalo game...statement...statement..statement! the smart money is on Missouri. You can bet on 50+ from them. If you think NEB can score 40+, go ahead and take them.

ouch!  i know that Ok St game last year had to be a tough pill to swallow... didn't that end like a 40 or 50 year run against them?

Can someone tell me the last time Mizzou actually won a game at Nebraska? My records only go back 30 years and I cant find a tiger win.

first let me start by saying that you people must not watch football at all.
 
1. Buffalo racked it up on Mizzou?  They scored 21 points. I dont care how many yards they had NO team can score only 21 and beat MU.
 
2.  MU can score literally in less than a minute every time.  ITs not like they need long drives and having nebraska on the field is going to change anything, they can take 8 minutes score and MU will take 1 in the end that equals a 14+ point win.
 
3. MU is ready for this game 100%.  Trends dont mean anything anymore.  Chase Daniel wants to beat every team into submission every time out, and will saturday night.
 
4. 8pm primetime will be no factor at all since mizzou has played at night a lot in the last 2 years.

I can't believe half of what I'm reading here.  Virginia Tech has had trouble scoring all year long and put up 35 against Nebraska.  That means Missouri should put up about 63.  Missouri D is not great but neither is Nebraska's offense.  Final prediction:  Missouri 65, Nebraska 42.  Take Missouri before these other guys talk you out of it.
