Just look at tomorrow nights game. USF -13.5 makes USF very attractive but Pitt should cover. It is amazing what 1 point does to a spread and peoples outlook on who will cover. If it was USF -14.5 a lot more people would feel comfortable about taking Pitt but thats not what the books want. They want the public to feel comfortable about taking USF. Something I take into consideration when I look at the lines.
