am 4-0 on my last 4 teasers. I am teasing Boise State down to 17.5 and over 49.5 for a 2 dollar play. Boise will score in the 40's themselves

I think it will be a 38-10 type of game. I don't like betting with the public and I could see a last minute cover by LTECH so I will stay away from the side. Feel pretty good about the under though.

Boise beat Oregon on the road.  In that game Boise was up 37 to 13 to start the 4th quarter.  Oregon scored 3 touchdowns in the 4th to make it close.

I was thinking under since 2 out of Tech's 3 games were under 56.5 this year.  Same for Boise St.  Hmmm.

BOI -14 1st half looks like the better deal.LT comes in late for a backdoor cover when BOI starts swapping out starters to give the backups some play time.

Boise is 18-2 ATS when laying less than 26 points at home during conference games! If this were at La Tech id say take them, but take Boise to the bank its gonna be 55 - 10 again this year. Boise has a decent defense this year and we all know that offense is gonna score at will.

I did like Boise, -24.5 Fav's feels better then 10 point fav's, However, if this game were being played on a Saturday, Boise would be my pick...Since its a prime time game, Its a completely different story. LTech isnt going to just roll over...Granted, Boise is the better team, but this isnt going to be a 55-17 blow out. There going to play Boise Hard and the moment these guys see that they are somewhat in the game...We have a ball game boys.
 
The public is all over Boise tonight (and they every right to be coming off there most recent performance) I will play LTech tonight and see what happens...This game stays a lot closer then what a lot of people may think...I am going to see how the line goes...If I see the line dropping then I am going LaTECH +25 and it wont be back door either...They will keep it close.

After looking at Boise they've been very slow in the fourth quarter. They were up by like 20 to ORE and look conservative. But they are at home. And Peterson knows that if they want to be competitive the fourth quarter is very important. PLUS first game on the national stage....time for some recruiting.

Oregan threw in a new QB who started for them last week as well and has been playing good...If he started against Boise, i dont think they win that game...

Prime-time game.  Gotta buck the historic trend between these two teams and take LTech.  Besides, I hate being with the oublic.

I agree totally with you on this. Weekday games more often than not lean towards the team that is not in the publics favor. That's why the underdogs keep on winning. For instance last nigth mid tenn was favored and the public was with them. Look at what happened. USC was heavy favorites against oregon st.the public though it was going to be a massacure, they didnt even win.

Here are my reasons to take LA tech.

Last week:

Tulane -17 against SMU  64% on tulane SMU Covered

USC -24 agaisnt Oregon st. 63%on USC Oregon st. Won. 

Louisville -3.5 agaisnt Uconn 62% on Louisville Uconn Won.

I'm taking LA tech, it doesnt mean that i'll win. but with the games that I have won so far that's ok with me. I will stick with my trend of taking the underdog during weekday games when the public is on one side by over 60%.

La tech +25 or more for me.

Well the spread does look to be high for this match up but you basically just gotta ask yourself can La tech match Boise St score for score?
 
La Tech - 2-10 ats in road games vs good offensive teams averaging 425 yds or more on offense.
 
   Boise St avg on offense - 448 yds per game
 
Boise St - 12-3 ats vs poor completion percentage passing teams ranging 48% or less.
 
    La Tech completion percentage - 41%
 
Boise St - 27-10 ats coming off a road win playing in a WAC opening game
 
La Tech - 3-11 ats as a road underdog
 
 
Being a Warrior fan it's seems like Ian Johnson of Boise St has been on that team forever. Whenever I watch them play against my Warriors I always ask myself Damn! he's still playing for Boise? Anyway La Tech has been known to be strong against the run this season but Ian Johnson is a seasoned senior and might be too elusive for this La Tech defense.
 
Redshirt Freshman Kellen Moore did well on the road against Oregon which poses another threat on offense besides Ian. He should be pumped up playing at home in the WAC opener.
 
Still waiting for my final lines but leaning on Boise St just need to see if I'll go 1st half and final on this one.
