HILARIOUS!!!!! good stuff right there!!!!
I loved betting BYU all year... but it seems their defense has trouble with fast, athletic skill players-- and in comes the Rodger's boys... I think the only thing that will slow them down might be the homies passing out the porn cards on the main strip... If Hall doesn't establish the play action, the Cougs will be in big trouble- I might just take the over and hope for a track meet-- ![]()

Analysis: Both teams are strong on these sides of the ball.Oregon State's offensive is balanced. They have a great back in Rodgers and a really good passing attack. BYU also has a solid defense, but is much more tough on the run then pass. So its their weakness vs. Oregon State strength. Advantage Oregon State, but nothing drastic.

Analysis: BYU has a very good offense. They are definently more pass heavy with Hall, which is good when facing Oregon State. Oregon State is much better against the run then the pass. Advantage is with BYU here.

**Scoring By Half**
1st Half: BYU Outscores Opponents by 101, OSU by 113
2nd Half: BYU outscores Opponents by 53, OSU OUTSCORED by 5
Analysis: Not a lot to take out of this section. One thing is when OSU gets in the red zones, they get points on the board. BYU defense is also pretty good at keeping opponents out of the end zone. OSU also dominates the Turnover Margin compared to BYU. I found it interesting how both teams are very strong first half teams. If BYU can survive thru the first half, I think they will be able to win this game.
For the overall game, I lean BYU. No play yet, will have to do more research. My prediction for the game right now is...
BYU: 30
OSU: 27
you forgot to factor in.........What if,on a Friday night, a gnat farts in the Brazilian rainforest initiating a chain reaction of events which causes a Sunday afternoon gust of wind that blows the ball inches beyond your recever's fingertips. Had the gnat "held it" and broke wind two minutes later, the same pass would have been a bet-winning TD.)

Remember what June said to Ward......"You were a little hard on the beaver last night"

Like OSU to win this game big. I don't think BYU has the personnel to beat this more athletic beaver squad. Their defense will prevail.
OSU-2.5 (2 units)![]()

The Mountain West was 6-1 versus the Pac-10 during the 2008 regular season. Add in the borwl games, and it comes to a still respectable 6-2. ![]()
Cougars and points, thank you.
