If Boise were to sit back and give up garbage time TD's, then it goes against the thinking that they need to win big in the tv spotlight to gain support on their bid for a BCS, and possibly a national title, which is unlikely.

This is the BEST Boise Defense that I may have ever seen them field, garbage time scores is NOT on the menu tonight.

I just walked into my house from work (Tulsa here). The weather is overcast skies, slight wind, a constant drizzle with intermittent showers. Now I dont know if that points you in one direction or another but it has changed my plan to go try and get some tickets to the game.
 
Another point for anyone that watched the OU vs Tulsa game. Tulsa could have been in that game early if it had not been for an early turnover in the redzone and some penalties. I think they gave up after being down a few td's but they did move the ball on the Sooner defense early!

tulsa def is overated also... give me a break.. they played rice and new mexico ..false stats when u play those teams early in the season

O hell naw lol honest mistake here on the rough draft since I usually use the same TUL abbreviation for the 2, just wasn't thinking straight. I wouldn't bet that other TUL if they were getting 19.5 @ home against Boise. I will however take -- GOLDEN HURRICANE  +9.5 & UNDER 54.5

I think your opinion is bias because you obviously am a TULSA fan...and football is a 4 quarter game...doesnt matter what happened...they lost 45-0...thas an ass whooping...

I think you could visit my profile (just click on the avatar) and figure out that I am not a Tulsa fan. Just a little insight to weather for anyone that might care. I couldnt even tell you the name of the Tulsa coach

I guess i'm the only person that likes Tulsa plus the points tonight, football is like a damn religon to people in texas and I think Tulsa will be pumped tonight and there will be a huge crowd for the game, The O/U seems to have moved up a little but I've liked the under since yesterday and am gonna stick with it, I Boise does have the better defence but tulsa will get it done tonight, Boise St. 27 Tulsa 23

Boise is one of the most underated Defesive units in the country!!!  Year in and year out they just get it done.  If Oklahoma can shut out Tulsa and roll them by more than 50......then Boise can do something similar......but then again......there is that away game at Fresno when the Bulldogs ran all over this D a few weeks ago?..........But then again, Boise still covered that spread too!

I wouldnt put them in the same class as Oklahoma or Texas or Bama, but I think its fair to say they are a notch below...I still think Boise pulls this one out...

Boise st wins this one huge don't let the weather fool you either!!!!  I don't care if a hurricane was blowing through the stadium tonight  Boise st will absolutly destroy a shitty Tulsa team that is over rated  Just look at who they have played then look at the yards put up against them!!!!!!!  I spanked the man last night with the weather and the unders. Tonight the weather won't matter unless a lightning bolt hits Tulsa in the ass tonight to give them a spark and that probably wouldn't be enough. Listen Boise st will probably come close to covering the overs by themselves. Throw in a couple of mercy scores for Tulsa and there you have it. ENOUGH SAID !  GET IN THE BOOKS ASS TONIGHT. GO BIG OR STAY HOME GLTA

ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! On the road at Fresno:320 yds givin up on the ground plus 69 yd rushing td, 68yd rushing td, 60yd rushing td and a 67 yd passing td. Best defense ever..lol

This is Boise's only chance to get national recognition until the BCS bowls. I think they come out of Tulsa with a big win.

i appreciate the weather report myself friend, its not bias when he lives in tulsa, he didnt tell u to go one way or another...just gave info that some of us dont have

and the work someone did compiling every team in the country's W/L against the spread for 2000-2008.  Guess who is #1 for the 103 gmes they have played during that period?  Boise is 63% against the spread for that stretch of time.  Good info on that site, but the guy is TERRIBLE at picking games.  Free site, check it out.  Still going with Boise, but cutting back on the units due to the possibility of flu.  A lot of tems have gad issues with that, and many campuses as well.  Good luck all.
