Another point for anyone that watched the OU vs Tulsa game. Tulsa could have been in that game early if it had not been for an early turnover in the redzone and some penalties. I think they gave up after being down a few td's but they did move the ball on the Sooner defense early!
 
 
So does it look like the rain is going to be coming down hard or slow tonight?  and how about the wind factor?  I heard up to and over 10mph wind.  Thanks

boise is a good team.. .tulsa is on a good streak against bad teams.. u seen what happen when they play a team like oklahoma....obviously boise is no oklahoma but i think boise is a good enough team to win this game by 13 to 17 points against an overrated tulsa team

just saw the Tulsa forecast ....drizzle and lite rain for the evening, winds <10mph.

Tonight: Showers and thunderstorms likely, mainly after 1am. Cloudy, with a low around 64. Southeast wind around 5 mph. Chance of precipitation is 70%.

Only 2 starters out tonite for Boise due to the flu.  Their linebacker and one OL are out.  Radar is currently clear for the whole state of Oklahoma.  Boise St covers the spread.  Small play on the over.

Take a chill pill the Lip, I said the best Boise Defense.  And Fresno gives the Broncos all they can handle year in and year out.  There were a bunch of big plays in that game, ACTUALLY, the most TD's of over 60 yards or more on both sides EVER!!!!!

Look at what Boise did holding the RB from Oregon to NEGATIVE yards or so!!!!!!

been watching 3 Doppler radars through The Weather Channel, Weather Underground, and Accuweather and it looks like the storm is moving east and if anything tonight, Tulsa will only be getting light rain nothing horrible...

Weather doesn't seem to be an issue...if anything its jus gonna be cold and the field might be a little wet...

The above is a nice little feature on weather.com (from the weather channel).

You can check the forecast for any sporting event. Be sure to go to the home
page, type in the city and you can check the radar. If it does rain, it probably won't be hard like last night so I wouldn't expect it to be an issue.

The line is no more than -9.5 for Boise because they know Tulsa has
a shot at home and any more points would be less money on Boise.

It was a similar situation with Fresno. The line was lower than expected
and everyone was jumping on Boise on the road with the smarter bettors
questioning the line. Again the book makers knew in all likelihood Boise
would win and cover, but Fresno, like Tulsa, had a good chance at home.

There's a definite chance for Boise to beat the crap out of Tulsa, but there's
also a chance Tulsa wins straight up.

Tulsa's hurry up offense can and will score, but it's a matter of how much
and how often (obviously).

Tulsa's defense has yet to allow a rushing TD all season, even to OK.

Boise continues to struggle in the red zone as well as with TO's and penalties.

If this is prevalent tonight, Boise could be in trouble and so could the over.

My initial lean was to Boise by a lot, but Tulsa could experience some
Thursday night home dog magic a day early.

I'm 60-40 on Boise covering the spread, but I hope they lose it if they don't
cover.

Both teams have good defense, Boise's better though. Tulsa is at home
with the national spotlight as well so, there's the potential for Tulsa to play
like LA-Monroe did last night.

Even with good defense, both teams will give up big plays and I'm leaning
on the over.

I think I'll go small with Boise and the over.

If they are going to be a Top 5 BCS team, tonight's the night they have to prove it to the world. ~ line appears to want to bait the sharps...

If Tulsa can score at all ~ favors the Over....even in bad weather
