Bama Rolls.......Agree with OP.  Auburn has been barely surviving and pulling away in the end.  Bama is ready to ruin this season of theirs.  If Auburn opens as a dog, then hammer Bama.

Auburn will give up its usual 31 points and score its usual 45-60. Bama's defense like every other will have no answer for Auburn offense, Fact. You better pray for a wet field, it is the only way Auburn scores less then 40 pts...

With the involvement of the FBI, I believe this will end up being a landmark case that will include federal indictments and possible prison sentences.  When it's all said and done, I think Cam Newton's ineligibilty will merely be a bug on the windshield, and the least of Auburn's problems.

As far as the short term is concerned, I certainly expect another bombshell to drop before the Iron Bowl kicks off.  Whatever it is, I certainly hope it won't keep Cam off the field.  I think everyone wants to see these two heavyweights to go head-to-head at full strength, and may the best team win.

Actually I am hearing just the opposite...I am hearing Cam will be cleared from major problems in the end and his eligibility is not in doubt with those who count as I knew when you posted he would be suspended for the Georgia game.

As far as Auburn goes, the most they could suffer is forfeiting games for Newton playing (will not happen though) because Auburn has done nothing and infact has never been accussed of anything. You might want to keep an eye on where the FBI is spending most of it's time these days after it left Auburn last week...

really?  45-60 on Bama's defense??  Only D that's better than Bama's.. LSU.. Auburn put up 24.. at home..  now, Tigers going on road and will throw up 45+??

In Auburn's road games vs. competitive defense.. Kentucky + Miss State.. Auburn averaging a whopping 27 ppg.. and Bama's D better than both of those...

    Auburn homers are so

As far as Auburn goes, the most they could suffer is forfeiting games for Newton playing (will not happen though) because Auburn has done nothing and infact has never been accussed of anything. You might want to keep an eye on where the FBI is spending most of it's time these days after it left Auburn last week...

Don't think Auburn has anything to do with it.. Cecil admitted to soliciting $$$.. therefore, regardless if Cam knew or not.. he's ineligible..

seems pretty cut and dry.. he will be ruled ineligible at some point..

I think we will soon be hearing about a guy named Milton McGregor being tie to this case by the FBI.

McGregor and 10 others are scheduled to be arraigned Friday in federal court in Montgomery on charges of buying and selling votes on pro-gambling legislation.

McGregor is a major Auburn booster and owner of VictoryLand.  Word is that in the course of wiretapping and investigating McGregor, the FBI has stumbled upon some other interesting tidbits relating to Auburn.

    Guess we shall see.

That McGregor tie in is the fantasy of the bama fanbase hoping for a giant scandal that can take down Auburn University.

By the way, McGregor has ties to both Alabama and Auburn.  You do know he founded victoryland with Bryant Jr right?

Question/Comment I haven't seen you post on is why was the FBI in tuscaloosa interviewing a coach on Saban's staff(Jody Wright) that was on the MSU staff last year.  Some are speculating he is the source of all the news leaks.

McGregor was always out there as you know. After TMZ posted it on the gossip portion of their website, NBC released this...

From NBC on TMZ article on their gossip page...

"As noted by the website, it’s unclear at this point in time what connection McGregor has to the Newton case, other than the obvious ties to Auburn.  In the interest of full disclosure, we have caught wind of a couple of rumors spread over the past few days containing McGregor’s name specifically in relation to the Newton case, but, thus far, there’s been no corroboration to the speculation available from any type of credible sources."

    https://collegefootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2010/11/17/fbi-reportedly-has-an-interest-in-auburn-booster/

As the bottom part clearly states..."thus far, there’s been no corroboration to the speculation available from any type of credible sources."...

And they are not going too. Sure, they could stumble upon something else, but they could do that in Tuscaloosa or Starkville as well which is where they have also been digging into everyone;s business, but I promise you this will not be a repeat of 1992, Cam was not paid by any booster at Auburn and being so close to the Alabama program (and I do mean that with sincere respect, because I know you are, not joking or being smart here, I do realize your in the know) would know this with Jay and Chizik as things are now. Your right. we could go on and on and we will see, but if you could please post a credible source linking Cam and MeGregor. Only the FBI knows what is going on inside, no matter in Starkville, Auburn, or with the computers at Alabama last friday...

Keep comparing other games to what will happen a week from friday. Be sure to keep plugging in those numbers as well. I'll just watch Auburn score the points I said they would and we'll see. If not for opposite opinions such as ours, betting would not be possible. I look forward to the game...Best Of Luck...
