number four
UTAH ST.
Like them all but Buffalo.
Do you have an opinion on the Cal/Nevada game or Uconn/temple?
I am leaning strong toward Uconn. I like Cal but those low point spreads alwaays worry me. Thoughts?
Good Luck!![]()

I think Uconn will win the game but not interested in laying a touchdown in what appears to be a defensive slugfest
Cal is better than Nevada and Nevada doesn't ever seem to play well against the better teams from bigger conferences, remember Notre Dame and Mizzou both pounding them, that being said, I hate backing Riley away from home for some reason so I will probably stay away from that game, the thought of people thinking Cal has a good defense is almost laughable though (don't buy into that hype), it may be good enough to slow down the Pack though

just joking
they are just standard plays bro, Georgia and Buffalo get the lowest grade out of the current 7, here is the order in which they grade on my scale but that doesn't mean I like them any different, sometimes I do though, there is a method to my madness and I'm not going to get into that but here is an order of grades
any more questions and we are gonna fight ![]()

I've been lurking on covers for over a year and just started posting more this season. My posts last week were lost in the Friday night ingame threads but went 7-3. Many of those were decided on by what I read on these forums. I appreciate the time the cappers here take in handicapping games. I personally don't like playing on games involving two good programs. Seem too hard to handicap.
The 6 teams I took right from the beginning were: Cal, Indiana, Kentucky, Troy, Utah, and SMU.
With the exception of Cal playing Nevada - the rest of the opponents include Akron, W Kentucky, UAB, New Mexico, Washington St. Indiana is a little concern and SMU doesn't have a good track record as favorites. I know the lines makers will adjust these in a few weeks.
I did not see Houston when I made this play and will definitely look at them this weekend. I also like what I have read about UConn and Navy and will play them.
Why try and decide Georgia/Arkansas, Mich St/Notre Dame Fl st when the other games appear easier?
Thoughts on any of these?
Thanks

as far as Ark/Geo, I don't like high profile games all the time either and don't always play them, this one just had a line close to pk when I played it and I like choosing a pk type of spread when I see an edge
best of luck![]()

Navy, Utah St, Poke St, Texas Tech are all 4 set in stone though
UGA, NW, Buffalo could be up for grabs![]()
nice to hear from you, send me a PM of what you think for this week![]()

I don't consider myself that good of a handicapper so I like to read and learn from others posts.
The only reason I went 7-3 is betting against Memphis, New Mexico St, New Mexico, W Kentucky, Army, UNLV, and Penn St which was the only big game I won. My 3 losses were on Georgia Tech, Oklahoma St, and USC.
I guess I was more curious to see why more handicappers don't post on the lower profile games.
