I really think your reading my mind...I was very close to putting a bet in on Florida State and SMU is on the brink, I guess I can't say its a bad thing as you did very well week 1 and so did I.

What do you think about Rice this week... they were able to hang around with Texas last week.. they should be able to compete with N.Texas..

I grabbed FSU as soon as it came out, got it at +8.5.  I think FSU has a shot outright honestly. 

I am liking UT as well for the same reasons you said earlier.  Young QB in front of a very loud crowd and over blown line to a blow out against NM.  Tennessee is not where you want to make your first road start, trust me.  I have been there for Gator games and they make it rough.

maybe I'm a rookie as well then, I see an OU team that lost 5 games last season and hasn't improved much since then, I think FSU has a great chance to win in Norman, we shall see

Yes, actually I would have.  FSU is a different team with Ponder at QB and he has weapons.  They also have a stable of backs to run and Stoops is actually a better DC than Andrews.  They have talent on both sides of the ball.  OU has underachieved despite having top recruiting classes.  I think Mark Stoops brings the heat on Jones and he makes mistakes.  Close game and I agree that it goes down to the wire with FSU having a chance.
