Line sounds about right ... POINT SPREAD RATINGS have OKLAHOMA about 2 points better but home field could be worth 6+ .
It's a pass for me for now, but I would take OKLAHOMA ML if +140 or more for a standard wager of $350 ..

beautiful, the line doesn't scare me, this version of Oregon is mediocre, makes you realize how great Mariota was, Stanford should throttle that team, I like Cardinal to lay it on them early and oftenLeaning towards Stanford but not wiling to lay much wood. all 4 of those should win by a lot, I'd rather you play them straight though and not parlay them, parlays aren't good, too hard to win, probably no way you'd go worse than 2-2 with those, it will depend on how many they choose to win by, Tenny should score at will but will they run it up and win by 41? Tcu is banged up and may be without their best offensive weapon, will they win by 45? I obviously have zero issue betting favorites, I prefer them but laying numbers like that is tough for me to do

that has nothing to do with my love for Art Briles or Baylor, that is basically thinking they will win if you make that bet, they have lost by 30 points two straight years and this Baylor team isn't worse than they were then, is OU 30 points better? maybe they are but I'm not going to put my money on it
I just watched two OU games a couple days ago that my friend got for me, I had only seen a QTR and a half or so of them this year
one of those games I saw was the OU/Tulsa game, that is Art's scheme that's being run at Tulsa, OU had all sorts of issues with it, Tulsa made a game of that, OU has not shown the ability the stop the Baylor attack so if you bet them then you are betting they outscore them
I was really impressed with OU's new offense though and that is a way better version of OU, this OU team can beat the vast majority of the teams in the top 10 in my opinion, I really like what I see from them
if Russell were playing then I'd lay 9-10 without hesitation in Waco but would probably take OU in Norman, that's how much better I think this OU team is
with the new freshman not being able to run and create all sorts of issues for OU I think that changes things, do I think OU wins though? ummmmmm, NO
one team wins in Waco and its Baylor, that's just the way it is
I'm gonna wait during the week to see what happens with injury reports, etc & mainly the weather
no matter what though, I won't be betting OU unless the line went to double digits, no fkn way I would back them at 5, that is just reaching for straws in my opinion (not a homer opinion, a real opinion)

I'm mildly concerned abou this one for my Bears, I want them to make that playoff so bad but I know it's not very realistic with Russell gone, I really thought this was their year to make some noise and get over the hump of being a big time program, chances are great it won't happen now so I feel bad for them

The battle of the 2 ex tech QBs
. I think Mayfield is ideally suited for OU team and if Stoops has him ready for any game it will be this 1. It's alreay down to 3 1/2 at my book so I'll just watch the game. BTW yur right about Waco a buddy and me were traveling from Lubbock to Austin and were so drunk we ended up in Waco. Not much there. Good luck w picks this week

This Baylor squad isn't the same without Russell- I wish I could have gotten 7 or more points with the Sooners- I think the safest play on this game will be the Sooners team total over

Ohio St -16.5 with JT is really solid in my opinion, the only way I'd bet that game for sure unless I took over, it all depends on who plays QB, for whatever reason Cardale has struggled getting the offense in gear (he obviously needs to face Bama or Oregon to get it going)
& you are right, Baylor is not the same without Russell, both should score a bit here if weather permits, I'd feel better about Baylor team total than OU though considering it's in Waco, OU has been known to throw in some stinkers on the road the past, the fact that Baylor scores so fast will help you here

blowoutgm I think its a good spot for WVU,Holgs job on line if he dont win out,which they should now! They handled TT ok,should of covered,but knelt down on 1 yd line to end game and win by 31-26,defense is playing good,line is -7.5 to invite Texas money WVU wins 37-24 GL,sorry wahoo,just wanted to share my thought with this gentleman! Wahoos, I know I said a week or so ago that OU would beat Baylor, that was just a guess really as I've only seen both teams play 1-2 games. But I do feel OU can stop Baylor run game, and possibly make enough stops with pressures on the QB .. On the flip side, I see know way that Baylor defense can stop OU.? Maybe I'm wrong, but that defense is really bad. They feed off being up a TD or 2 and forcing teams into "their" game and that's pas pass pass... I'm not saying their total garbage, I'm just sayin they will have trouble stopping another good offense. I think this game could be the best we have seen this year! I really liked the Clemson / FSU game. And the Bama / LSU game because they were defensive lead games. This game here will have more emphasis on defense than any other games these 2 teams have played!! I know that sounds stupid, and this is gonna sound even worse, but this is the games I like to play the under on.! The total should be very inflated and one of these teams, if not both, will try and control the ball a little more than normal. Maybe the 1st half under is better, because there's gonna be some really tired defenders on the field at the end of this one! I'm really looking forward to watching this one though. I kinda like OU to win still, but if everyone keeps toutin OU all week, I'm gonna roll with the Bears if it gets down to 3.. Ok, now you can laugh at me. Haha...
