UAB +165 and Why

Yesterday our main play Mizzst came thru - yes ugly but they came thru. We lost our small small parlay - positive so far this week. Let's look at some numbers:

-6 Ecar 106 39 95 129

UAB 110 38 132 105

Ecar opened at -6 currently 4.5 (madduxsports.com) Ecar is better in total off at 106 vs 110, and sagarin rank at 95 vs 132; while UAB is better in total def at 38 vs 39 and better in sched strength at 105 vs 129.

When you compare the opening line to similar scenarios - there was a game played between Fla Atlantic and ODU with Odu winning it 16-30 - in that game many of the numbers were extremely close to the game tonight. In addition, there were others keeping it close or winning out right.

What's crazy - the main game I used to take UAB was the Flatlantic vs ODU - the final score in that was 16-30 - last nights game ends 17-30 (i know he could have kneeled etc)   history is a beautiful thing.
