Tulane, CCaro. and Why

UAB somehow someway pulled it out and got us the money line money yesterday.   We've had a positive week so far.   Let's see if we can keep it going, let's look at some numbers:

-7  Memphis       7 97 63 130

     Tulane      112 119 91 59

Memphis opened at -7, currently around the same (madduxsports.com)   .     Memphis has a great total off ranked 7 vs 112 for Tulane;   Total Def is 97 vs 119; Sagarin has Memphis at 63 vs 91 and Tulane is better in Schedule strength at 59 vs 130.    

Once again - what does it all mean - nothing until you look at history and do a comparison - when I do that some of my data indicates - Tulane can win it straight up but I think taking the points in this case is the better option.
