Not so much garbage play calling as the talent he has is garbage...remember what the terrible Pitt team did to them???  This isn't a Frank Beamer kind of team.  Special teams are everything but special, QB is the size of a linebacker and has the heart of a 4 year old.  Defense isn't coming up with plays like they used to.  Time for Frank to take his show on the road to another school
