You are right. Both Milroe and Beck are average QB's.
However, no matter the talent, you need the coaching/system. Look at Bo Nix. He looked like he should have been selling concessions when he was at Auburn. Got a second chance in Oregon and took advantage of the opportunity and turned it into a solid NFL gig (good coach there as well).
Yes the QB's have been poor but DeBoer and Kirby need to own these disappointing results.
