Just like OSU wasn't suppose to keep it close against speed, spread offense of Oregon LY??  Please.. Tressel would bring in same game plan he used LY vs Oregon.. let Pryor throw it.. god knows Auburn isn't stopping anyone through the air..

In your h2h, I dont think a Big 10 school wins any on a neutral field..

I would trade out S Carolina for Arkansas or Florida though

Alabama's defense has made dramatic improvements this season.  In August I had us pegged with 3 losses with the sure fire loss being @ LSU.

If you think back to last season Greg McElroy almost lost us quite a few games (Auburn, South Carolina, LSU, Tennessee, Texas).  Well this year we've given him enough chances to succeed.

When your quarterback has more sacks than incompletions you have a problem you need to fix.

If the past 4 years have taught us anything it's that the SEC is the most talented and deep conference in the country every year and the top team in the SEC is usually 7-14 points or more better than whoever comes out on top of a weaker conference.

Oregon just seems like Oklahoma 2008 to me.

To the guy who thinks TCU would beat bama by double digits

That 08 OU team was MUCH better than this Oregon team.

My bad Jwheels...I did say Bama in the one post.  I totally respect BAMA and meant those frauds from Auburn.  I was doing several things at once today and typed the wrong school.  I meant OSu would beat Auburn not BAMA

Forget Tressel, when is the last time that Ohio State beat an SEC team?

The answer is NEVER,that's right the Buckeyes are 0-9 against the SEC.So the last person that should try to convince us that the SEC (with 7 teams ranked in the BCS' Top 25) sucks,it's an OSU fan.

There is a distict possibility that Bama loses to both Miss. St and Auburn. You have mentioned in several threads that you continually make money betting against 'Bama yet they are 5-4 ATS.

Bama is getting worse, not better. I play alot of moneyline parlays and teasers and do well on the perception that Bama is as good as they were last year which they clearly are/were not for those paying attention. I have lost a few times on Bama, but I have won as well and see no reason I will not win going forward against the very strange perception and reluctance to give them up, that they are still really good when in fact that are getting worse (albeit a little each week). I realize they have only lost two games, but they have deficiencies in several areas and it will be next year before they are able to correct them. They are a good team but I am really surprised how few people see the downward turn they are taking, albeit slight but gradual...

I, too believe the SEC is overrated. That being said, Auburn truly a powerhouse. Their defense is pretty bad, but their offense is very explosive and capable of putting 60 points on the scoreboard against anybody. An Auburn-Oregon game would be a very entertaining National Championship game. If Auburn were to lose, an unbeaten TCU deserves to play an unbeaten Oregon team in the NCG. A once beaten LSU or worse, a two loss Alabama team has no business lining up against an unbeaten TCU or Boise St in the NCG if both Oregon and Auburn were to lose.  Ohio St would dismantle either LSU or Alabama should they meet in a bowl game. As for the best team in the Big Ten, Wisconsin, a bowl game against TCU or Boise St would be interesting.

Although I have a 3 unit bet on Georgia, I almost hope they destroy Georgia, so I can get some real value on BAMA.  Unfortunately, Auburn will probably lose to Georgia and then to Alabama and we can stop hearing about ridiculous things like their defensive line being good and such.

Ive said it a million times, I don't care if Bama even loses to MSU this week. They will still beat Auburn, I played at Bama and still talk to guys on the team and close to the team, they have been preparing for Auburn for weeks and its a big part in why they lost to LSU honestly.. Auburn is nothing special and every year I have to sit here and watch people be brainwashed over a team because they are winning too long. Any real capper and a man with knowledge of football knows Auburn is going down in Tuscaloosa.

Bama fans are the worst... Trust me, I live here and it isn't just because I'm an Auburn fan.
